บทคัดย่อ
รัฐบาลได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมอาหารฮาลาลในพื้นที่ 5 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2552 และอุตสาหกรรมฮาลาลก็ได้มีผลผลิตออกมาหลายรูปแบบโดยกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน อย่างไรก็ตามพบว่ายังขาดกลไกการส่งเสริมทางด้านข้อมูลในพื้นที่ทั้งด้านการผลิต การตลาด และด้านอื่น ๆ ที่จะมีส่วนช่วยสนับสนุนให้การประกอบธุรกิจดังกล่าว ระบบฐานข้อมูลเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างและสร้างความเข้มแข็งของโครงสร้างทางเศรษฐกิจที่ผู้คนสามารถเข้าถึงการผลิตการจัดเก็บ และการแพร่กระจายความรู้เพื่อประเมินการสร้าง “สังคมเศรษฐกิจฐานความรู้” (Knowledge-based econimic society) การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการออกแบบเพื่อสร้างระบบฐานข้อมูลวิสาหกิจชุมชนฮาลาลจังหวัดปัตตานี
โดยข้อมูลประกอบด้วยข้อมูลทั่วไปของวิสาหกิจชุมชน กระบวนการผลิต การตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์ ช่องทางการตลาด และข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์ โดยการออกแบบโปรแกรมประกอบด้วย 16 แฟ้มข้อมูล ได้แก่ แฟ้มข้อมูลทั่วไป แฟ้มข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์วิสาหกิจชุมชน แฟ้มข้อมูลกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ แฟ้มข้อมูลประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์ แฟ้มข้อมูลประเภทย่อยผลิตภัณฑ์ แฟ้มข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ แฟ้มข้อมูลกระบวนการผลิต แฟ้มข้อมูลการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์ แฟ้มข้อมูลช่องทางการตลาด แฟ้มข้อมูลจังหวัด แฟ้มข้อมูลอำเภอ แฟ้มข้อมูลตำบล แฟ้มข้อมูลวิสาหกิจชุมชน แฟ้มข้อมูลประเภทวิสาหกิจชุมชน แฟ้มข้อมูลประเภทย่อยวิสาหกิจชุมชน และแฟ้มข้อมูลชื่อผลิตภัณฑ์วิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยใช้โปรแกรมการจัดการฐานข้อมูล ได้แก่ Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access และ My SQL โดยผู้ที่จะได้รับประโยชน์โดยง่ายและสะดวกจากการใช้ฐานข้อมูลนี้ผ่านระบบ Webpage www.smce-halal.com ได้แก่ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ผู้ผลิต ผู้บริโภค พ่อค้า นักวิจัย และนักวิชาการ
Survey and development of Small and Micro Halal Community Enterprise Database
in Pattani Province
ABSTRACT
Government has given the priority of halal industry in the region of five southern border provinces since the approval of the Thai Ministry in 2009. Halal industry has produced several of products by those groups of Small and Micro Community Enterprise (SMCE). However, this particular business still lacks of mechanism to support some significant data in the areas of producing, marketing, and others that will partly enhance for such business. The database system is the major factor in enhancing and strengthening the economic structure that people will be able to access for production, data storage, and knowledge distribution for the creating of knowledge-based economic society. This study aimed to design and create database system through webpage for Pattani Halal SMCE.
The database system composes of general data of SMCE, production process, production markets, market opportunities, and other useful and needed data. The program designed composes of 16 files of data that are general data, SMCE product data, product group data, product type data, subunit product type data, product data, production pr production market data, market opportunity data, provincial data, district data, sub-district data, SMCE group, SMCE type, SMCE detail, SMCE name, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, and My SQL are used for the database system design. SMCE groups, producers, consumers, business men, researchers and academic personals will simply get benefits from this system by accessing through the webpage at www.smce-halal.com
