using Halal hotels. In addition, the researchers would like to explore the Service Marketing Mix Factors (7Ps) that are involved with Halal Hotel selection among Thai and foreign tourists who are Non-Muslim. Mixed method was used in this study. By using the qualitative research method, In-depth interview with the Semi-Structured Interview Questions were employed to collect the data. The participants of this study were the executive staff of Halal Hotel in Krabi Province, which registered as the members of Krabi Halal and Muslim Friendly Association (KHMP). Content analysis was used to examine the data. In term of quantitative research methods, questionnaires were employed to collect the data. Purposive sampling was utilized. The researchers asked screening questions to the participants to make sure that they are qualified to enroll this study. In total, 385 Non-Muslim tourists provided data. Pilot test was performed prior the actual data collection. Content validity was tested by three specialists. Then, 3o sets of questionnaires were distributed to Non-Muslim tourists who stayed in Halal Hotels located in Amphore Hatyai, Songkhla Province. The Cronbach&#8217;s alpha coefficient (X) was 0.80. Descriptive statistics were applied to analyze the demographic data and the tourist behavior on Halal hotels selection. Moreover, Correlation analysis was employed to study the relationship of Service Marketing Mix variables among Thai and foreign tourists to compare the opinions of Thai and foreign tourists regarding the decision to revisit and recommend Halal hotels. The results from Content Analysis revealed that location of the hotel appears to be the most important factor when the travelers make decisions where to stay, followed by the hotel staff, and room type and room facilities. In addition, the review score from hotel guests on the OTA system and the hotel visibility on the OTA system can increase the competitive advantages of the hotel. Being the Halal Hotels with the quality assurance certified from famous Halal institutions, furthermore, is another strategy for being different from the competitors. By joining the associations and establishing various affiliate networks can also help strengthen the competitive ability and educate the customers to better<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.999999999999998pt; font-family: Kanit,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">understand the halal hotel concept. By using the descriptive analysis to examine the questionnaires, in total 385 participants were recruited; 110 were Thai tourists and 274 were foreign tourists. Mostly, the participants were female (56.4%6) with the age under 30 years old (41.6%6). Majority of participants hold undergraduate degree level (52.2%6). 28.3% of participants had the average monthly income between 30,000-49,999 Baht. Regarding the perception of Halal hotels, only 30.9% of participants knew before that the hotels that they booked were Halal hotels while majority of them (69.1%) did not know before that they made a reservation at Halal hotels. In addition, these group of people answered that they just realized that the hotel that they stayed were Halal hotels when participate this survey questionnaire (69.9%). Regarding the behavior on Halal hotel selection, the results revealed that atmosphere and hotel decoration was the most important factor when the tourists chose the hotels (31.7%), followed by location of the hotel (28.1%), and room rate (16.9%), respectively. The hotel room rate that majority of participants (80%) selected were rangedbetween 1,000 &#8211; 2,999 Baht. Furthermore, 44.7% answered that they were the main persons who made decision on hotel&#8217;s choices. In addition, 74.5% of participants admitted that they made a reservation via Online Travel Agent (OTA). The results found that the correlation coefficient between the Sevice Marketing Mix variables and the opinions of Thai and foreign tourists regarding the decision to revisit and recommend Halal hotels have a statistically significant positive relationship at the level of .01. For Thai tourists, promotional factors had the highest correlation (r = .537), followed by price factors (r = .520) and personnel factors (r = .518) respectively. Among foreign tourists, product factors had the highest correlation value (r = .268), followed by price factors (r = .244) and process factors (r = .237), respectively. In conclusion, the promotional factors were the most important factors among Thai tourists when deciding to revisit or suggest Halal hotels to other people. Whereas, the product factors were the most highly emphasized among foreign tourists when deciding to revisit or recommend Halal hotels to others. Creating attractive promotional campaigns, maintaining service standards, and providing rooms with optimal facilities which are suitable for the hotel&#8217;s target markets can assist Halal hotels to
