customer loyalty on word of mouth communication in using Halal kitchen hotels. Population of this study is Thai and foreign tourists. Sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. Data from 400 Muslim tourists were collected using questionnaire which was evaluated by experts regarding its validity and reliability. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses. Data from in-depth interview was utilized to support the quantitative results.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295; text-indent: 36pt; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.999999999999998pt; font-family: Kanit,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">The results of the SEM analysis showed that the service marketing mix influenced the customer satisfaction (\u03b2 =.81, P &lt; .001) and loyalty (\u03b2 =.65, P &lt; .001). Customer satisfaction affected customer loyalty (\u03b2 =.30, P &lt; .001). However, customer satisfaction did not affect word of mouth communication (\u03b2 =.01). Customer loyalty influenced word of mouth communication (\u03b2 =.90, P &lt; .001). Variance (R2 ) of customer satisfaction, loyalty and word of mouth variables were .66, .84 and .90, respectively.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295; text-indent: 36pt; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.999999999999998pt; font-family: Kanit,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">The content analysis result showed that Muslim tourists paid more attention to the service marketing mix of hotel with halal kitchens. They felt satisfied after using the services. This satisfaction was the reason of Muslim tourists\u2019 loyalty to Halal kitchen hotels which pushed them to return to back to these hotels. In addition, word-of-mouth behavior was also a mean of spreading the good experience to other tourists. ASEAN Muslim tourist is an interesting market group for Thai tourism especially Malaysian, Singaporean, and Thai Muslim tourists. Moreover, Chinese Muslim tourist is a coming trend. Furthermore, the findings indicate that Halal kitchen hotel business should focus more on service marketing mix which 11 complained to Halal principles. Because it is a major causal factor leading to positive word of mouth communication for the use of Halal kitchen hotels. This is one of the most valuable and effective marketing tools.
