consumers\u2019 purchasing decisions. However, for Muslims, the confidence of the goods must be combined with religious correctness, that is, Muslims must consume Halal products. This research is aim to study the level of confidence as well as the factors influencing the consumer confidence in Thai Halal logo, case study on Thai, Malaysian and Arab consumers. The result reveals that the consumers&#8217; confidences of three groups are significantly different. Thai consumers have highest confidence in Thai Halal logo following by Malaysian and Arab respectively. The factors influencing consumers&#8217; confidence in Thai Halal logo main factors and seven sub-factors. First, personal factor consists of three sub-factors namely devoutness, lifestyles, and trustworthy. Second, marketing factor involves of two sub-factors namely brand and food safety and health conscious, lastly organization factor comprises of two sub-factors namely manufacturing practice and government involvement. Considering, the results by consumer groups, Thai consumers&#8217; confidence in Thai Halal logo influenced by devoutness, trustworthy, manufacturing practice and government involvement. On the other hand, Malaysian consumers have factors as such devoutness, lifestyles, trustworthy, brand, food safety and health conscious and government involvement impact on their confidence in Thai Halal logo. However, Arab consumers reveal factors that build confidence in Thai Halal logo are brand, food safety and health conscious and government involvement. In the three groups of consumers, there is a strong correlation tor between consumers&#8217; confidence in Thai Halal logo, both domes internationally which is &#8220;Government involvement&#8221;. Therefore, the establishment of credibility with the Halal Thai logo is the main duty of the Thai government to build confidence in Thai Halal logo as result of Thai Halal business goes on world
