On January 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM, Halal Institute of Prince of Songkla University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Asman Tae-al, Director of Halal Institute, along with staff members, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Mahmoud Al-Khoeeji, Acting Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Thailand, at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Bangkok.
The purpose of this visit was to discuss cooperation on halal matters between the Halal Institute of Prince of Songkla University and the Kingdom of Bahrain, particularly in the areas of halal standards development, halal product research and development, and halal product trade promotion.
Both sides discussed ways to promote cooperation and agreed to exchange knowledge and experience in halal matters to further strengthen their capabilities.
This courtesy visit to the Acting Ambassador of Bahrain to Thailand is an important step in strengthening halal cooperation between Thailand and the Kingdom of Bahrain, which will lead to the sustainable development of the halal industry in both countries.
