Exhibitor Qualifications / Eligibility Criteria
Products or services must be Halal-certified or in the process of obtaining Halal certification.
Products or services holding other recognized certifications such as FDA, GMP, etc., are also eligible.
Products or services not listed in the application form are not permitted to be displayed or sold at the event.
(Note: Exhibitors are not allowed to display or sell any products or services that are not specified in the application form.
All exhibitors must participate throughout the three-day event, and booths must be fully operational from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., November 4–6, 2025.)
Required Documents for Application:
Company Profile (must not exceed 200 characters)
A copy of the Certificate of Juristic Person Registration issued by the Department of Business Development (DBD)
A copy of the Halal Certificate or a document confirming that the Halal certification is in process
A copy of other relevant certifications, such as FDA, GMP, etc.
A copy of patent, trademark, copyright, or geographical indication registration for any intellectual property related to the products to be exhibited (if applicable)
Product photos or catalogues of the items to be exhibited (1 set)
A copy of award certificates or other recognitions (if any)
