Qualifications for Exhibitors

1. Products or services must have Halal certification by the Central Islamic Council of Thailand or internationally recognized Halal certification marks, or other certifications such as FDA approval with unequivocal ingredients or components.
2. In cases where products or services use counterfeit Halal certification marks or provide false information, such as expiration dates, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel the booth.
3. Packaging must be distinctive and modern.
4. Apparel booths must present and sell items that comply with Islamic principles.
5. Halal service businesses, such as tours, hotels, banks, and insurance, must align with Muslim practices and Islamic principles.
6. Freshly cooked food booths must use Halal, clean, and hygienic ingredients, seasonings, and components. Packaging that comes into contact with food must not use foam materials and must be environmentally friendly.
7. Booth design and decoration must be unique and contemporary.
8. Pricing must be clearly stated.
9. Only products or services specified in the registration form may be displayed or sold.
10. Participants must attend the event for all four days, with booths ready by 10:00 AM each day and dismantled only after the event ends at 9:00 PM.
